Titan: Multi-Lingual

I’m actually on holiday vacation and thanks to free hotel motel wireless I’m able to make a quick blog post. Today’s screencast shows the multi-lingual capabilities of Titan (CRM 4.0). Multi-Lingual is a pretty simply feature to use: your admin installs the language packs on the server and then activates the language on the organization (ie. the tenant). Each user can then select a language for the User Interface a separate language for the Help Documentation. The languages can also be selected on behalf of a user (in the user interface and with the API). We allow users to select a separate language for the Help docs as our research showed that sometimes users have a preference for documentation in a different language.
