Configuring the Outlook Client for CRM 4.0 (Codename Titan) is dead simple. In this screencast I’ll configure the client against against an external service provider. Not that the URL http://contoso.hq.philiprichardson.org is fictitious. It’s a real CRM server running on a virtual machine but I used the hosts file to fudge the URL. Each customer of the service provider gets a separate URL eg. http://contoso.hq.philiprichardson.org vs http://litware.hq.philiprichardson.org. Also note that most service providers will use SSL – so you’ll get a https.
As you can see you barely need a pulse to configure our client.
