In CRM 4.0 we provided some special support for High Contrast Mode in Windows. This mode is typically used by vision impaired users. In Tools > Options there is a checkbox to optimize CRM for high contrast. When you are running windows in High Contrast mode (Left Alt – Left Shift – Print Screen) you get a CRM experience optimized for this output.
